TBD Design is a Townsville-based branding, graphic design and website design studio working with businesses throughout Australia. I help businesses by creating brands, websites and marketing material that communicate clearly, look professional and get used.

TBD is just me, Travis Farley, and that’s intentional. You deal directly with the person doing the work, not an account manager or a bot. For larger projects, I bring in my trusted developers, printers and marketing specialists to help get things done.

These days, almost anyone can generate a logo, write some copy or launch a website. The hard part isn’t creating something, it’s creating something worth remembering.

Good design helps businesses stand out in a sea of lookalike brands, generic websites and forgettable marketing. It creates clarity, builds trust and helps people quickly understand who you are and why they should choose you.

How The Process Works

Connect

Every project starts with a conversation.

I talk through your business, your goals, your audience and what you need the design to achieve. This is where scope, timelines and budget are clarified, and where we make sure we’re the right fit before anything kicks off.

Create

With a clear brief in place, the creative work begins.

This stage focuses on concept development, visual exploration and design direction. Whether it’s branding, graphic design or a website, the aim is to create a solution that aligns with your business and communicates clearly.

Refine

Good design is rarely a one-and-done exercise.

I review, adjust and refine the work based on your feedback, fine-tuning details, layout and execution until everything feels resolved and ready to use.

Rollout

Once approved, the final designs are prepared for the real world.

This includes artwork setup, file delivery, handover of assets, or coordinating development and production where required. The result is a finished product that’s ready to launch, share or put into use.
